Update LTX Desktop
LTX Desktop checks for updates automatically and installs them when you next quit the app. You don't need to download or reinstall manually.
How automatic updates work
- LTX Desktop checks for updates shortly after launch, then periodically while the app is open.
- If an update is available, it downloads in the background.
- The update installs the next time you quit and reopen the app.
Check your current version
Go to Help > About in the top menu to see which version you're on.

If the app hasn't updated
You can update manually by downloading and installing the latest version:
You don't need to uninstall first — the new version replaces the old one.
