Grab the latest installer from the LTX Desktop GitHub releases page. On Windows, run the .exe and follow the setup wizard. On Mac, open the .dmg and drag the app to Applications. First launch walks you through downloading the model weights.

The core LTX-2.3 checkpoint is ~20GB — that's all you need to start generating text-to-video. Additional models are optional: fast mode (~500MB), 1080p upscaler (~2GB), local text encoder (~5GB), image generation (~30GB). Full install comes to around 160GB.
