Why was my generation blocked?
When you generate through an LTX interface, your content is checked against our Acceptable Use Policy. If it doesn't comply, the generation is blocked and you'll see a message asking you to adjust your input and try again.
Why your generation was blocked
When you use an LTX interface to access a model, we may block any content we feel doesn't comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Different models also apply different guidelines, and some are stricter than others — so a prompt that works with one model may be blocked by another.
When a generation is blocked, you'll see a message like:
"Request couldn't be generated. This request goes against the selected model's guidelines. Try changing your input and give it another go."
A blocked or failed generation won't cost you anything. Any credits deducted are returned to your account automatically.
How to avoid content moderation
- Adjust your input. Reword your prompt, or swap out an uploaded image that might be triggering the check.
- Try a different model. If you believe a harmless prompt was flagged, a different model may generate it without issue.
If you're confident your prompt complies with our Acceptable Use Policy but it's still being blocked, or if deducted credits weren't returned, reach out to support.
