How to delete your account and data
You have the right to request deletion of your LTX account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Just contact our Support Team and include the email address of the account you want deleted. Deletion is permanent, so cancel any active subscription first.
Before you delete
Deleting your account removes your projects, generated content, and personal data. This can't be undone. Download anything you want to keep before you start.
- Use up your credits. Spend any remaining credits before you delete, including credits bought through LTX Console — they can't be refunded or transferred.
- Save your content. Export any videos, images, or projects you want to keep.
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account — deleting it doesn't automatically stop billing. Since deleting mid-cycle won't refund the rest of the month, it's best to wait until the end of your billing period so you get the full value first.
Request deletion
To delete your account and the personal data LTX holds about you, contact our Support Team and include the email address of the account you want deleted, asking for your account and data to be removed.
