How to recover access to your account
LTX doesn't use passwords. If you're locked out, it's almost always a matter of using the same sign-in method you set up with — Google, GitHub, single sign-on, or a code sent to your email.
How sign-in works
LTX has no passwords to reset. You sign in one of these ways:
- Google sign-in — using your Google account
- Single sign-on (SSO) — for organization members, through your company's identity provider
- Email code — a one-time code sent to your email address
- GitHub — using your GitHub account (not available on LTX Studio)
What to do if you're having access issues
LTX doesn't use passwords, so there's no password reset. Log in with whatever method you used to create the account, using the original email tied to it.
If LTX sends a one-time passcode (OTP) and you can't get into that email account to retrieve it, you'll need to contact your email provider to regain access to the inbox.
