Are API credits refundable?
LTX API credits are non-refundable. They're also separate from LTX Studio credits and can't be transferred between the two products.
API credits are non-refundable
Credits purchased through the LTX API Console are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they've been used.
Can I use API credits in LTX Studio?
No. API credits and LTX Studio credits are entirely separate systems. Credits purchased through the Developer Console can only be used to make API calls — they can't be transferred to or applied toward an LTX Studio subscription or plan.
