I don't recognize a charge from LTX
If a charge you don't recognize appears on your statement, it may be from LTX. Here's how to tell what it's for and which account it belongs to.
How the charge appears
LTX charges are processed by Lightricks Ltd., so your statement may show "Lightricks" rather than "LTX." Charges are in USD unless your payment provider has converted to a local currency.
What the charge is for
The charge covers something you bought from LTX. That could be:
- An LTX Studio plan (a monthly or annual subscription)
- Credits for the LTX API or LTX Explore, purchased through the LTX Console
Any of these will show up under LTX or Lightricks on your statement.
Identify the charge
Two quick ways to match the charge to a purchase:
- Check your email. Search your inbox (and spam or junk folders) for an email titled Your LTX receipt.
- Log in to your account. Check your billing history in LTX Studio (under Billing and Payment) or in the LTX Console.
If you have more than one LTX account — for example, one for Studio and one for the Console — a charge and its receipt may be tied to a different email address. Check your other inboxes too.
Still not sure?
If you still can't identify the charge or which account it belongs to, open a support request with the date and amount, and we'll help track it down.
