What is the LTX refund policy?

LTX API credits are non-refundable. This includes credits purchased through the LTX API Console. If you have an LTX Studio subscription, the policy is slightly different — Studio subscriptions have a cooling-off period on first-time purchases.

LTX API credits are non-refundable

All LTX API credits are non-refundable once purchased. This includes credits bought through the LTX Developer Console and those used via LTX Desktop when running in API mode.

Can I request a refund on my LTX Studio subscription?

LTX Studio subscriptions have a separate policy. First-time purchases include a 14-day cooling-off period — you're eligible for a full refund if you've used fewer than 1,200 credits and it's within 14 days of your first purchase. Renewals and plan upgrades are non-refundable.
