How your monthly credit allowance works
Each plan includes a set number of credits that refresh at the start of every billing cycle. You can use up to this amount during the month to generate videos, images, and other content on the platform.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month
When your billing cycle ends, any credits you haven't used expire. Your account then receives a fresh batch of your plan's full monthly allowance, regardless of how many you used the previous month.
Example
If you're on the Standard plan (28,000 credits/month) and only use 25,000, the remaining 3,000 credits don't carry over. When your next billing cycle starts, you'll receive a fresh 28,000 credits.
What if I'm not using all my credits?
If you're consistently leaving credits unused, you can always switch to a different plan to better match your workflow. Plans aren't locked, so you can adjust anytime.
