How many API credits can I buy?
You can add between $5 and $100,000 of credits to your LTX API account per transaction. Credits are available immediately after purchase and expire one year from the purchase date.
This article covers API credits only. Studio subscription credits are managed separately through your Studio account.
Minimum purchase: $5
The minimum amount you can add per transaction is $5. Your balance can fall all the way to zero as you generate video, but each time you top up you'll need to add at least $5. This applies to both manual purchases and the first auto top-up.
If you're just testing the API or the API Playground, $5 is the smallest amount you can start with.
Maximum purchase: $100,000
The maximum you can add in a single transaction is $100,000. If you need to add more, you can complete multiple transactions. For very high volumes, contact our sales team about custom terms.
Other details
Credits are non-refundable once purchased and expire one year from the purchase date. Closing your account will also expire any remaining credits immediately. Tax is added at checkout based on your location. For current per-second generation rates, see the pricing page.
