How to buy API credits
Purchase LTX API credits through the Developer Console. Credits are available immediately after payment, are non-refundable, and expire one year from the purchase date.
This article covers API credits only. Studio subscription credits are managed separately through your Studio account.
Adding credits to your account
- Go to the Billing section of the Developer Console.
- Select a preset amount ($10, $25, or $100) or enter a custom whole-dollar amount between $5 and $100,000.
- If you have a coupon code, enter it and click Apply.
- Click Pay to proceed.
- On your first purchase, enter your payment details and click Purchase to complete. On future purchases, your saved payment method is used automatically.
Credits are available immediately after payment. Tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
Payment methods
On your first purchase you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or Google Pay. Your chosen method is saved for future purchases. LTX does not store your card details — all payment information is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.
Auto top-up
You can enable auto top-up to automatically add credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set. Configure it in the Billing section after your first purchase.
Credit terms
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Credits expire one year from the purchase date.
- Credits expire immediately if you close your account and cannot be recovered.
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
- If pricing changes, the rate at which your existing credits are consumed will update accordingly — your balance stays the same but the amount of video you can generate may change.
