When will my credits renew?
Credits renew monthly based on UTC time at the moment you originally subscribed. If it's your renewal date but credits haven't appeared yet, give it a few hours and they'll arrive once UTC reaches your subscription time.
What time do my credits reset?
Your credits reset on the same day each month at the UTC time you first subscribed. For example, if you purchased your plan on January 21st at 3:45 PM UTC, your credits renew on the 21st of every month at 3:45 PM UTC.
Reminder: Credits don't roll over
Be mindful that credits don't accumulate and unused credits won't carry forward to the next month.
How can I check my credits renewal date?
Log in to your LTX Studio account page to view your plan details, including your credits renewal date and total monthly allowance. Your account won't show the exact UTC time your credits renew - just the date.
Credits renewal for annual plans
You may see two renewal dates in your account: your credits renewal date and your plan renewal date. For monthly plans, these are usually the same, but annual plan members pay once a year while receiving fresh credits every month.
Why haven't my credits renewed yet?
Time zone differences and seasonal adjustments (such as daylight saving) mean renewals might not occur at the same local time each month. If your credits haven't appeared on your renewal date, wait a few hours. They'll show up once UTC catches up to your original subscription time.
